shiva, I see where you are going with this. What about a student who is told we have "excellent" graduation rates. The disclosure form says the graduation rate is 100%? In this case it is a superlative that does not misrepresent the percent of graduates. It still leaves the prospective student to wonder what the value of "excellent" is. Better to provide the disclosure and ensure the student has a solid premise. James Faulkner
