Katie , True. Losing prospective students because of word of mouth to friends and family is just as bad as losing accreditation. Both of these would result in closing the school. Kathie Dherit

John, Correct. If you can state a fact to a student and then back up that truth with documentation, it shows that we are trustworthy and not trying to hide any information. Someone coming off as 'wishy-washy' and going back and forth and not sure of how to answer a question will put off people and come across as not accurate and dishonest. Kathie Dherit
