Shannon, The students are our customers. If we don't treat the customer with respect, why would they keep coming back to us, or even refer someone to come to our school? They wouldn't. We need to ensure that we are looking out for the best interest of the students. Kathie Dherit

Brittany, True, if these students realize that we are being truthful and up front with them, and providing a great training experience, then hopefully they will refer their family and friends to us! Kathie Dherit
Travis, Right, saying I believe or I think doesn't make you sound like you know what you are doing. Being truthful and letting the student know that you are unsure and that you will find out the answer for them, doesn't make you look like you don't know what you are doing. It shows that you are willing to find the correct information for them. Kathie Dherit

Kimberly, Great answer. Knowing that we are giving the prospective student all of the information they need to make a good decision about their education, hopefully shows the student we care about them and their goals. Kathie Dherit

Rosemary, True, you want someone who has been through the whole process to comment (good or bad) about their experience. Having someone give a testimonial about part of the process, can't give a true and meaningful representation. Kathie Dherit

Jessica, Right, since those types of comments, "most amazing dental lab in the state", are just an opinion you can't back them up with hard facts. Kathie Dherit

Nathan, True, it seems like bad news travels faster than good news. Kathie Dherit
pete, True. They get a real sense of what school will be like. Walking around during a tour gives them a small glimpse, but actually shadowing or sitting in on a class or lab will give them a better understanding of how things work and if they will fit in. Kathie Dherit

pete, So true! Depending on the severity of the misrepresentation it can lead to an audit by the US DOE, or even the Attorney General's office. None of which a school really wants! Kathie Dherit
Crystal, Correct, and it's just the wrong thing to do. Kathie Dherit
