Angel, Definitely! Showing them and making sure they have read the disclosure information and read the catalog and handbook. A lot of the information they need to know is in those documents. Supply it to them - which is required - and we know that information is accurate and correct! Kathie Dherit

Ian, Holding as accountable is a great way of putting it. We want to make sure we are telling them everything they need to know and being truthful about it. So we are held accountable if they find out we were not telling them the truth. Kathie Dherit
Joseph, Correct, it will help with retention. Not only should be transparent to prospective students, but we need to be transparent with our current students as well. Kathie Dherit
Beth, Great word of mouth, when it comes from someone who has been through the whole process and can speak about it. Kathie Dherit
Chelsea, Right, building the trust through the admissions representative is a start. You need to trust them in what they are telling you about the school. Kathie Dherit

Victoria, Correct. These types are words can be backed up with statistics. It is hard sometimes when we are excited about something and because we think that something is the best, or greatest, doesn't mean someone else will think that same way. Kathie Dherit

Tamikah, Correct, there is no way we can "track" a superlative. Kathie Dherit

Deborah, Good answer. That is right, a prospective student deserves to know everything before making a huge decision. Kathie Dherit
Barbara, Bragging and "covering up" our weak spots is definitely not what we want to do. Give them all of the facts - whether they are good or bad - the student will make their own decision. We can't make it for them. If they see how we are and we are the same on a daily basis, then they will chose correctly... Kathie Dherit

Carla, Great answer. We do want to come across as a school with high standards. That is why we do what we are doing with the compliance module training and the audits. We want to make sure we are being transparent and being who we say we are. This way the community and prospective students and employers know that they can trust us. Kathie Dherit
