Hanna, Great answer. A student's decision should be based off of the value premise. What they want to get out of their schooling, is only what they put into it. If they don't have all of the answers or disclosure information, they cannot make a decision. You want to make sure you have all of the important information. Kathie Dherit

Using Superlatives

Rachael, Right, giving your opinion about the school, can get you into trouble. Telling everyone we are the "best" school, when in fact that is your opinion. Unless we can document that we are on a "Best" list, then is safer to not to use those words. Kathie Dherit

Annette, The lost of the student's trust is definitely a consequence of not doing the right thing. Loss of the community trust in our training is another bad consequence. We want to do the right thing in order for the community and the student's to recommend us and for us to be the best we can be! Kathie Dherit
