Hanna, Great answer. A student's decision should be based off of the value premise. What they want to get out of their schooling, is only what they put into it. If they don't have all of the answers or disclosure information, they cannot make a decision. You want to make sure you have all of the important information. Kathie Dherit

Amy, Right, and hiding information or the lack of information that you give a student, they in turn won't trust what you have to say. Kathie Dherit

Leah, Correct, the student or prospective student needs to trust the school and the employees of the school. They are putting their time and money into changing their lives, the least we as a school can do is give them the correct information. Kathie Dherit
Jose, Correct. Asking for referrals from our current students is a great way to get more students who can benefit from career training! Kathie Dherit
daniel, Definitely. Some people do not want their story to be told. We just need to get permission to use that information. Kathie Dherit

Shannyn, Correct, and that is a big misrepresentation. When you don't do the right thing, you are more than likely doing something intential or unintentional that can mislead someone into enrolling into school. We don't want to do that! Kathie Dherit

Rachael, Right, giving your opinion about the school, can get you into trouble. Telling everyone we are the "best" school, when in fact that is your opinion. Unless we can document that we are on a "Best" list, then is safer to not to use those words. Kathie Dherit
Rachael, Right, we want to attract and retain committed students. Those who are here to learn and better their lives. By offering inducements, it does "cheapen" the process. Kathie Dherit

Bonnie, Great answer. Word of mouth is a great way of telling others about the school and what we are all about! Kathie Dherit

Annette, The lost of the student's trust is definitely a consequence of not doing the right thing. Loss of the community trust in our training is another bad consequence. We want to do the right thing in order for the community and the student's to recommend us and for us to be the best we can be! Kathie Dherit
