Brandi , Honesty is the best policy. And, it's okay if you don't know the answer to something. You shouldn't be ashamed if you don't know the answer, be truthful and let them know that. But also let them know that you will get them the answer. Making guesses and assumptions is definitely not the way to go. Kathie Dherit
