Thanks, Mark. Sounds like a very thorough system that involves the people who has the authority/responsibility to react to the findings. What sort of changes can be related to this system? Loren Kroh

What's a PIP, Hilary? Who monitors it and does follows up with the student, if needed?

Aurora, who attends the weekly meetings? Is there a limit to the number of times a student can be warned? Do you have many repeat offenders?

Kevin, do other students complain about some of their classmates being able to raise their grades, even if it means more work?

Hilary, please tell me a little more about Orientation Week. Is this like the extended orientations found on some traditional campuses where students gather to discuss the upcoming experience and get acclimated to campus?

John , does your institution have an organized early alert system?

Aurora, how do your students respond to a referral for tutoring? Do they show up, particularly on Saturday? Is the tutoring one-to-one or a group presentation?

Aurora, how does this practice work for you? Are you able to positively impact outcomes?
Mark, who is responsible for reviewing and summarizing the student critiques? This tool sounds like it could be very useful, but it also sounds like a practice that could generate considerable dissatisfaction for students and those who prepare the reports. How long has the institution been doing this? What are the results? Have you considered a computerized early alert system that could streamline the process and perhaps increase utilization?
Hilary, is survey completion mandatory? If not, do you observe a significant reduction in response as the student progresses through the program?
