Sounds like you have a lot on your plate Joele! That's tough. These challenges definitely put us to the test and drive us to find ways of getting better with time management.
Those are all great thoughts Erin! Go ahead and give just one of them a try. Sometimes we have to think big but start small.
Sounds like a good plan John! Note that if your old method was working for you well, no need to change it. Only change if it makes sense given your goals.
Sounds like a reasonable plan Charles! Yes, we've got to find a way to incorporate coping into our daily routines. When we're limited on time, sometimes simple breathing and mental breaks are all we can do. I should say they do make a difference.
Indeed! Note that sometimes, recreational activity can be physical. It's possible to enjoy your day and get in a good work out too Dennis!
Garden work is such fun Brenda! It's also rewarding too. The process of planting can really help take your mind off of things. Then seeing the fruits of your labor can be a wonderful experience.
So happy to hear that you will refine your task prioritization strategy Chrystal - though it sounds like you've already put some thought into it. Good stress management is about continuous optimization as things change and as we learn more about better ways to approach tasks. Sounds like you are on track with that!
I agree with your point on consistency Althea. For some of us, a routine really does help get everything done. Consistency can be key for some instructors.

Thanks for sharing Elias. Your stressors are so common amongst instructors. Many of us struggle daily to balance our personal and professional lives. It takes practice and we're not always perfect, but we can achieve balance at times and and enjoy everything that life has to offer.
So true Elias. It's wonderful to be able to share your stress with people who are in your exact situation. Sometimes we have to be careful that we share with the right people though.
