That's a great step in the right direction Hershel. And no need to complete lists right away. It's ok to prioritize and chip away at the most important things first.
Sounds like a great approach and I probably wouldn't change it either Mike!
Sounds like a great approach Monica. Daily review is important for instructors who have a lot on their plate. I'm curious about why you keep your household and job lists separate. Would combining them be overwhelming?
Sounds like a great plan Kevin. Exercise can go a long way in reducing stress. Walking is low impact on the body but high value.

Wow, sounds like your plate is full Jamie. That's a tremendous amount of responsibility and very little time. It sounds like things could get better and some of your stress is temporary. For example, grad school will eventually end. I imagine it's hard now though.
Sounds like a nice routine Jean-rene and one that's working for you. It's great to get into healthy routines and keep them up.
Sounds like an excellent system Randall! Thanks for sharing. It is wonderful to automate grading - even just a portion of it. What a great time saver. Really opens up the possibility to spend more time with our students.
I agree Kevin. When we test our students in consistent ways, they can better concentrate on what we're testing them on and not the test format. This often leads to higher exam scores.
Sounds like a great plan Karen and I hope it works. Getting over a nicotine addiction can be tough. For some, the cold turkey method works best. For others, a more graduate approach is the method that works.
Sometimes our time management skills are different at work and at home. Some are more effective at work, such as yourself. Others are the opposite. Finding balance between the two can be tough.
