Sounds like a great strategy Lee. What's nice about breathing exercises is we can do them anywhere. You don't even need to wait until you get to work. Even when you are sitting in traffic, these techniques are available to you.
Glad to hear that you are evolving in the right direction Eddie. I know that overcoming the obstacle of procrastination can take diligence, but it sounds like you are getting there.
Good to hear Fredrick! Keep it up.

Yes, so glad to hear you'll contact your textbook publisher for supplemental material Alicia. Most publishers have plenty of templates and sample presentations to choose from. They make teaching life so much easier.
Consistency is the key Karen but we are all human. Some days we are going to be more organized than others. It's just life and we've got to set reasonable expectations for ourselves.
We must balance speed and accuracy in grading Guy. While answer keys are great, if you have slower and yet more effective ways of assessing competency then it's important to invest time in them when you can.
Sounds like an excellent approach Chuck. While it is low impact, walking is really a wonderful exercise and is great for decreasing stress and boosting the metabolism too!
Sounds like you've developed a system that works well for you. Great work Janet and keep it up!

This is a really honest list Amy. Thanks for sharing. It sounds like you've got a tremendous amount of stress in your life...coming at you from all angles. Stay strong and focus on one thing at a time. Breathing exercises could help too.
It's a real balancing act Aaron but you'll get there. Can be tough - particularly with instructors who like to get everything done right away - to pull back a little. That being said, doing so is a healthy choice and will serve you well in the long run.
