Sometimes it's hard to assess our own stress situations and we really do need our friends and family to help bring it to our attention. Sounds like your loved ones really have gotten a chance to know you and can help in difficult times.

Organizational changes are happening in so many educational institutions Aaron. They are a common stressor for many instructors. I like your approach to change though. It's good to see you embracing what's new and what's to come.
Sounds like a challenge Isaac and you are not alone. Many instructors these days are finding that their class sizes are growing and growing. We need to develop teaching and grading techniques to deal with these changes.
Sounds like you are taking the right approach Dawn. Yes, if we don't do our tasks today, they will ultimately just pile up on it. So it's very important to keep on top of things!
Military experience absolutely helps when it comes to task prioritization and completion David. Glad to hear your service experience is serving you well as an educator.
Do check out the east test maker online Aaron. These kinds of tools are great at helping instructors diversify their question sets. Sometimes it's just nice to bring in fresh ideas on exam questions and a little fresh thinking.
Sounds like you are moving in the right direction Marvin. You won't always be perfect and sometimes you won't get everything done... but your goals seem to be on the right track.
Momentum is key Sarah so I'm glad you mention it here. When we feel like we are making progress it's actually easier to make more progress in the future.
Excellent! Sounds like you are on the right track Debbie! Keep it up!
Both approaches work Charlotte but I'm glad to hear you're moving to the latter. Sometimes it's nice as a confidence builder to complete short tasks first though. Crossing tasks off your list really can feel good.
