Walking is actually great exercise Cherri. A lot of instructors think they have to do something really extreme to stay in shape, but the best exercise is really just the one you'll do consistently.

This is a pretty common problem for many instructors Jack. Yes, sometimes some tasks do fall of the radar as we focus our attention on others.
This is so true Jennifer. While doing so can make you seem very responsive, it's so distracting and can stand in the way of completing other tasks. Check your email in large batches instead.
