Sleep is a tough one Kimberly. If you can limit your caffeine intake, that can help.
This is true Karla. When we miss our priority and urgent tasks, it can make life even more stressful than if we take care of them on schedule.
This is an interesting point Dolores. Some people are great at time management in one area of their lives - like work - and not so great in other areas - like home. We can sometimes learn from ourselves when we excel in one category and get better across the board.
Sounds like you have a wonderful outlook Douglas. And you're right, not every day is going to go according to plan. Some days we are thrown off. It's nice to know you have come up with a way to press the reset button in those times.

Sounds like a great approach Christina. Ten minutes doesn't sound like a lot of time but I imagine it makes a huge difference.
Yes, task prioritization is really the key Meron. Helps us stay more productive and keeps people we deliver to happy. Also makes things less overwhelming when we know what to focus on.
Many instructors love to work under pressure Ihssan. For some, it makes them more productive and they really need the pressure to reach their goals.
I like the concept of "practical" goals Carol. We've got to be reasonable with ourselves if we want to achieve anything at all.
Excellent work Angela! Joining the gym sounds like an excellent step in the right direction. Quitting smoking will be tough but you can do it.
Power naps are great Barrie. The only challenge that instructors face is many of them have a hard time actually falling asleep in the middle of the day. Limiting caffeine intake and finding a quiet place can help.
