Excellent! Glad to hear that your checklist strategy is working well for you Jennifer. If it isn't broke, no need to fix it!

These are good points Toni! I agree that often times, instructors, administrators and students over communicate via email. When this happens, it's really hard to detect the signal from the noise. At times, I have asked my students to use concision when writing to me and to focus on the primary questions they have - with the understanding that they are welcome to follow up in detail during office hours.
I like your approach across the board Jeff. I very much agree with your point that it's easier to handle stress when there's less on our plate. The more bandwidth we have to focus on the challenges in our lives, the better.
Great to hear Jeff! Sometimes a little validation is all we need to continue to stay on the right track. Sounds like you've developed some systems that work really well for you. Great work!

Wow, sounds like stress is coming at you from all sides Nicole, and that you don't have a lot of time. I might try doing some simple breathing exercises when you can.
Sounds like this coping mechanism works well for you...and the dog Peter. Nice work finding a technique that helps!
Excellent! Yes, to do lists are a great way to keep priorities in check and really focus on what needs to be accomplished in the right order.
Sounds like you have a good strategy in place Jeff. You might lean a little toward the challenge of immediacy but I imagine you are getting the job done.
The underlining method works really well Christopher. It brings important information to the forefront while also helping the student remember to make all the required supporting arguments in their essay.
It's true Karla. True / false as well as short essay are both quick to grade and valuable in assessing student comprehension. Sometimes we have to go deeper with extended essay questions, but often these formats work fine.
