Prioritization is the key Gaylene. Sounds like you are on your way with your to do list but can take it much farther.
Sounds like you are on the right track David! Even if you stopped here and were just consistent with these things you selected, you'd be in an excellent position long term.
Sounds like you inherited an efficient testing system Sandra. You are very lucky.
That's great to hear Tornetta and I do the same! In addition to careful preparation, I like to have notes for other instructors to follow in case I'm out.

Relationship building is a great strategy Cynthia. I'm glad you mentioned this. True that it takes time to gain trust but this is a great first step!

That's what it sounds like to me too Lawrence. Lots of these things can be dealt with best through a little up front preparation.

That's nice to hear Elsie. For many instructors, there's an ebb and flow of work that we can count on. We take the time to regroup during the ebb.
Sounds like you've made some sound business decisions Gretchen. Great work. Knowing the work is getting done while you're away can give you such peace of mind - and extra earnings too!
Sounds like a great plan Marivic! Note that some parents find ways of including their new child in their exercise routine. You might give that a try. It's a nice way to be together and stay fit too.
Listening to music at work is a great way to prevent distraction. Some instructors even listen to white noise recordings.
