This is true Kevin. When we bottle things up for too long, it can really wear us down. Reaching out to friends, family and even trusted coworkers can make a huge difference.

That sounds like a very difficult situation Kim. I can't imagine what it must be like to manage 50 instructors. You might try organizing them into a hierarchy - by experience and tenure. So those who have been with you for a while and who know how you like things can lead those who are newer.
That's a great strategy Sheri! Daily walks are a big help and encourage you to breath, exercise and clear your mind.
Yes, completion times are a nice added touch to to do lists Charles. Mapping your to do list to a computer program like MS Outlook is one way to take your current method to the next level.
Yes, getting outside and closer to nature really can make all the difference Charles. Sounds like you and your family have a great approach to reducing stress together.
Sounds like you have a very organized approach Diane. If it's working for you, great! No need to change it. Just keep doing what you're doing.
Yes, dealing with the unexpected is an art William. I like to add a 10% buffer into my schedule to account for priority tasks that pop up throughout the week.
Sounds like a great plan Craig. Yes sleep, stretching and breathing exercises are all great ways to cope with stress.
Yes, numeric based questions are relatively easy to grade Monty, though sometimes I like to assess the steps that each student took to arrive at the answer. The assessment of steps can be the time consuming part but well worth it.

This is true Tom. We've really got to address causes of stress and attack them head on - even if they are small. Otherwise they can accumulate and this can make life very hard.
