Dan, I like your analogy. We do have to carefully fold in the objectives and uphold them. Rubrics help us do that. Thanks!

Daniel, You are right there, but there can also be some generic things that can be helpful. Nice job.
Daniel, Yes, it's a priority. Many times people do things and then in hindsight think about accessibility. Point well taken.
Heather, Your self-evaluation or the self-evaluation from a students' point of view?
Ricardo, Excellent. Many times people don't think about formative and summative assessment in meaningful feedback. Nice job.
Heather, When you are discussing methods of feedback are you referring to formative and summative or using rubrics or some other type of feedback? Thanks for the clarification.

Heather, Glad you put the learning objectives "in the mix." Good input.

Heather, Good choices. These certainly are key aspects we need to think about when authoring and teaching online courses. Thanks!

Monica, I'm even working to schedule my time better - it's a constant battle. ;-) But, we have to do it. The key is that when you have a schedule, you stick to it!
Simone, There are many online resources for rubrics and you listed a few good ones. I use them to get started, but always tweak them to ensure the rubrics aligns with my course objectives. Thanks!
