On becoming and IDE
I think the topics covered were very appropriate in providing guidance and advice on becoming an Instructional Delivery Expert. It is indeed important to assess yourself and ensure that your are indeed the best personality fit for the job of being an instructor.
Being prepared is key as we are role models for our students.
It is also of paramount important to see the process from the students eyes at all times and develop a mindset to accept change.
