Grading exams promptly makes good sense as any remedial or rehabilitative work which needs to be done to assist students can be known based on the student performance. It also provides a platform for the student to see how well they are doing and how much they have absorbed and which area needs improvement
As an Instructor of science courses having a plan B is so important as students who develop phobia to science is always challenging. Diving the class and using a pretest is always a great idea. I am open to any other suggestions.

I found the information on this are to be very informative. It certainly has reinforced my need as an instructor to use a multi-sensory approach during my sessions with my students. I will treasure the quote "Eliminate the tedium and Vary the medium"

I think the topics covered were very appropriate in providing guidance and advice on becoming an Instructional Delivery Expert. It is indeed important to assess yourself and ensure that your are indeed the best personality fit for the job of being an instructor. Being prepared is key as we are role models for our students. It is also of paramount important to see the process from the students eyes at all times and develop a mindset to accept change.
Module 4 pretty much summarized and reinforced the need for us as Admissions personnel to be compliant and informed. It sought to emphasize the need to have both external and internal communication and information to better enable our delivery to our prospects and future students. Fair Consumer Practices must be adhered to all time. Education is teamwork in action and so the culture of the institution has to be one that embrace this approach. Continued training and attending meetings to update and inform is a major necessity for all admissions personnel
To effectively complete our role in admissions understanding our Institutions organizational and operational structure is truly key to our success. The organisation's culture will definitely drive our need to to be aware of policies and procedures. It is true to say that as an admissions personnel we are constantly driven to know our products in order to be frontline ambassadors for our institution. I endorse the importance to know our programs as our job is about disseminating information to future students. Knowledge is power.
