What if your adult student's job experience is not relaive to the class you are teaching. Will they still feel like their experience is beneficial to their learning?

There won't be any problem with this. What their job experience will have taught them will be how to be good workers, how to interact with others, and many other components known as soft skills. These are the experiences you want to draw upon when you are working with them in your class.
