Write it down.
I find that writing down a list is better and saves more time than trying to remember what needs to be done.
Rosa, Keeping paper next to your bed is great. Some people use their mobile devices as notepads too. If you can resist checking email in the middle of the night, you might give that a try as well.

I religiously write down a to-do list. It helps me get organized, prioritize, and free up some "thinking space."
I even keep a paper next to my bed. I found myself trying to remember things overnight, or even an idea for a lesson would pop-up at night. I wouldn't rest well in fear of forgetting it. Now, once it's written, I sleep better and everything gets done.
McKenzie, Sounds like you need to write down your tasks for sure! Getting them out of your head and on paper will really free up your mental capacity for other things.

I agree. I find that I have so many things to do that I spend more time trying to remember what I needed to do rather than doing it.
Writing it down also helps with visually being able to see exactly what needs to be done. It helps me with remembering what needs to be done too. Helps reduce stress and my favorite part is to scratch off when it has been completed. A sense of accomplishment.
