The road to stress free living.

Who doesn't have stress? This course offered to good on how to eliminate certain stressors.

I generally make my list and update several times a day. I also like to wake up and do tasks before the household becomes abuzz. This allows me to accomplish so much more!

I create lists of specific things to do and email them to myself - normally I do this on Friday afternoon from work to myself at home - helps to focus me on what I need to get done. It helps me to keep a list that is online, then I can email it to other people who I want or need to help me or to understand what I am doing that weekend or that week.

Edna, That sounds like a good plan. Of course this can be easier said than done. You might consider starting small. You could start by getting ahead on just one or two tasks to see how that feels and take it from there.

Procrastination causes my greatest amount of stress in the work place. I will work on removing procrastination from my future.
