Time management
I believe in time management to the point of not knowing no return. It is an important factor in our day to day life.
Again time management is important because we are training our student for the real world. In the real world people want their food in a timely manner, so I definitely agree with you when you state that time management is so important.
I agree time management is extremely important because most curriculum are based on time. Such as time frame to turn in assignments, test, or tasks.
Time management is a must as a teacher/supervisor. As we can all agree there isn't enough time in the day for our tasks, so arranging tasks with "to do" lists is crucial for completing tasks as well as staying sane!
I agree that I get overwhelmed with a lot of responsibilities. The thing that works is managing my tasks by creating a to do lists. I edit it accordingly if tasks change from important to less important.

I truly belive that old adage " timing is everything". Sometimes I get overwhelmed and have an internal dialogue reminding myself to take a breath, make a list and prioritize. Only then, do I feel better!
