I am getting to know blackboard and finding it very helpful. Each quarter, I learn something new that I can do that helps both me and my students.
I must admit that my favorite part of blackboard is the grade posting tht students can see and formatting the grading so that it automatically computates final grades. Yipee! I don't have to worry about getting grades wrong....as long as I put the right grades next to the right student. :-)

Yes, Blackboard has really found a way to standardize teaching. If you have access to it at your school, great. There are other free tools to consider as well.
At our school everyone utilizes Blackboard.com. It's simple and keeps me organized!
I believe highlighting of answers is a great way to be efficient and work in a timely fashion when grading exams.
