Excersise

Excersise daily.

Exercise is important to bring more oxygen into the brain in order for you to function at a higher level on a day to day basis. After completing some type of exercise, a person tends to feel better in terms of their overall health.

Bring a good pair of walking shoes to work and if you have thirty minutes for lunch, eat for fifteen minutes and walk for fifteen; you will be happy with the results.

I have been attending water aerobics classes. I am hooked. Not only is it good exercise, I am hypnotized by the sound and movement of the water which makes it calming and helps me recenter for the rest of the day.

it does not have to be anything extreme. just get out and walk around the neighbor hood.

Good and to the point

wouldn't it be nice if we all had the time to do so

But it is sure a goal we can set
