Big File Folders
Many of the instructors at the school where I work employ the portable file folder system that stores and organizes syllabus material, hand outs, workshops and other materials that we can keep in our trunks. This is a great way stay organized on the fly.
Sharon, This is a good point. Many of us still do a bulk of our work on paper and not in digital. If this describes you, having physical organizational tools like folders can still help tremendously.

I like to keep one of these also. For those of us who still do a lot of paper work; having these file folders, all in one place, portable and handy is a good idea.
