Creating exams in the medical education world

Development and assessment of creating exams in the medical education world is critical. Sometimes assessments lead to needing to change curriculum (Niedermier, Way, Kasick, & Kuperschmidt, (2010).

Creating exams in the medical education world is critical, however, there are so many resources available to assist in creating good exams. As instructors, our responsibility is to teach, make sure that the students are learning and prepare them for the exams so we are not setting them up for failure.

Most odf the curriculums at our facility have online resources for each class that we teach. It makes it very nice for quizzes/tests and especially power points. It has saved me days of work!

Currently I use other sources to develop and create exams uch as workbooks.
