Stress
Hello,
I believe that much of the stress I put on myself could be eliminated.
This is an area only some of us use, and it is a great help. Relying on those we love also helps.
Stress on self coming from work or home issues, need to be resolved. Are they due to equipment needing to be replaced or too little equipment- or kitchens that need to be cleaned better. Stress will never be eliviated from our lives but reaching out to overcome problems and fix problems with timely solutions can mimimize them. Discussing what is causing stress helps me, and making enough time with family- down time we all need to destress, whether a physical sport or just enjoying something we like to do. We as instructors sometimes are our own worst critics- sometimes we set very high goals for ourselves that are hard to reach.
It is obviously important for all of us to meet certain expectations at work and at home. I cope with stress by having faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. Through him, all things are possible!!!
Do you have examples of the stressors that you put on yourself? How would you eliminate that?
