Saying no is really hard for me too. I was raised to always be obeident and asways do as told. now that I'm an adult I have carried this on over into my work habbits. This shows me that I dont really need to teach my daughter how to be a "Dutyfull Daughter". I still have a hard time saying no, not only to my boss but to my own children.

It's a tough thing to do Donna. I understand your desire to help everyone. I find though that when I try to help everyone, I end up having so little time for each individual person that I'm not very helpful to anyone. We've got to be selective at times.
