Stress

Some times can make say things you shouldnt said, i have learned you have management your filters in your mind and sometimes let it go...

Maria, The things we say to others in times of stress can be damaging to our relationships. It's hard to take something back once we've said it. When you have the urge to say something negative in a stressful situation, I recommend waiting 24 hours - or at lease sleeping on it. Sometimes giving our responses a little time can help us make the best decisions.
