Stress

I find managing stress works best when you find a task or something to do that helps relieve it during the day, like listening to some music, or talking to someone that can help relax you, or even something a s simple as indulging and getting a treat for yourself...cinnabon anyone?

Stacy, It's great to hear that you have found a way to incorporate exercise during your day. Taking a walk on a lunch break is a great strategy. It can help relax you and put you in the mindset for a productive afternoon.

I like to exercise at lunch time. Even if it is just taking as simple as taking a walk. It helps to step away a little and think about what is going on.

I agree. As a program adminstrator, sometimes just getting up walking away and indulging in some ice cream helps me. However, I really don't think it's the comfort food. I think it's just stepping away from the situation and coming back with a clearer head.
