What is stress?

This class was important in assisting me with finding out some of my stress levels in life. I found it helpful to write down the stressors in my life and prioritize them in and order of the most to least stressful.I have been able to eliminate some with better time management.

i agree some time you have to take time to let go some things that are not really important so your stress level go away.

Diana, Excellent to hear. It's great when we can completely eliminate the stress we experience. However, some stress is ongoing and cannot be rid off. For this, finding good coping mechanisms can be the best approach.
