Exercise would greatly benefit my stress levels as well as physically. It provides a therapeutic time in which I can really think about the stressor(s) currently in my life and courses of action to reduce them. The exercise itself helps to reduce them.
I have a hard time dealing with the stress of having 3 young children at home. sometimes I feel stressed about going home from work not coming to work. Breathing, Exercise, and Tai Chi seemed the best healthy answers. Exercise is always nice as well. As an art instructor, drawing can sometimes be stress-relieving, so long as its not the same thing you are demonstrating in class!
To deal with my stress I have learned to leave work at work as much as I can and to stay active and healthy. I have corrected my mentality from a save everyone to "do your absolute best" and make others take responsibility for their own actions.
Communicating with other instructor, for helpful tips. Also, talking to relatives regarding personal problems, they may have a different approach toward my problem.
To keep searching for better ways to improve my life and have less stress.
I routinely use exercise and venting with a friend. Walking makes me feel better. It really helps me eliminate the stress in my body. As far as mental stress, I talk to a friend. Just vocalizing my problems helps relieve my stress.

sleep is how i handle stress
I am going to start making lists and asking the suggested questions per item on the list. I am going to start breathing exercises as well as yoga every evening.
Exercise, talking with colleagues are two ways that I cope with stress. Also, getting plenty of rest always helps me with coping with my stress.
definitely I have the same in common wtih many here. I need to add exercise to my routine to deal with the stress and to keep me healthy.

Finding time to exercise not only helps your body but also your mind. It's hard when you are stressed out to make time for exercise but the benefits are huge!
I run five times a week...atleast three miles a day, do not drink soda or alcohol, do not smoke, and get eight hours of sleep at night. I eat fairly healthy too.
Our School is in a three story building. I always walk up and down the stairs to get rid of my stress. The walk around the building is also pretty good exercise.
Terry, Those sound like great ideas to get more sleep! Another idea that my students often mention is to sleep as far away from your mobile device as possible. There's something about sleeping next to a data device that makes you want to check it, and this can keep you up at night!
