A walk around your campus is a great mini exercise break Maribel. It can be a great mental break too!
i am not tp crazy when it about exerciseing but it does feel good when you just take your 15min break from work and just walk outside. around the building
Running is indeed a great stress reliever Kaye. It does take some motivation to get out there and get going but it's really rewarding when we do.
I find that running is a great stress reliever. Even if I don't think I have the energy at the time, I feel so much better afterwards!
After I took this course I realized how much stress I had. So I recently looked up the local park and recreation center in my area and have signed up for Yoga.
