stress free living
normally when i'm stressed i'll go the gym exercise , there are times that the situation at hand has a simple answer and threr are one you choose to let go
Sounds like a great outlet Jennifer. You don't have to be a smoker to take an outdoor break. There's something wonderful about getting out there for even just a few minutes, refreshing too!
If I'm stuck inside all day working I feel overwhelmed and that I don't have time for the luxury of exercise. However, on those days where I truly don't have an hour+ to hit the gym, I force myself to go outside for 10 minutes. I'm on a lake so it's peaceful. During those 10 minutes I allow myself to not worry about, plan, analyze, or work on ANYTHING in my mind. I'm totally free for 10 minutes. Quite rejuvenating.
Golf ball hitting sounds like a great physical activity and a lot of fun too Richard! Thanks for sharing!
exercise is a great way to get rid of stress. I go to the gym and go hit golf balls. anything positive really helps.
Yes, exercise does have many benefits. Being able to get a good night sleep afterward is definitely one of them!
Victor, I have forgotten about the benefits of exercise. Years ago I would exercise at the end of a long day especially if I was drinking too much cafeine. I remember that I slept very well after doing this. I must incorperate this back into my routine . Thanks for reminding me.
A nice brisk walk or run seems to clear my mind as well!
These are all great methods Victor. Sometimes you cope with stress by using exercise, sometimes you attack it head on and sometimes you let it go. Nice approach and I can see how this would work well long term.
