Stress Reduction
Techniques that are employed by instructors to manage their stress, should be shared so that others can benefit also. Decrease stress do produce a healthier working and personal environment.
That is the right thing to do! Everyone has stress. In fact, I was reading up on stress for my child's homework last year and it mentioned that the ONLY time we have ZERO stress is when we are dead! So, every time I feel I have too much stress, I remember that the goal is not ZERO. : )

Deep breathing, realizing that stress can be contolled because I am in control of my life and spending time with my family and friends is a great stress managemnet tool.

Yes, everyone knows a little something different. Everyone sees the world from a unique vantage point. Reaching out to others can be invaluable.
I benefit each time someone shares a stress reduction technique that I have not come across prior. Having a large arsenal of stress reduction tools allows me to pick and choose which technique is appropriate for the setting I'm in.
I completely agree with this. There might be things we don't know that others do that could help us.
