Coping

You must identify your stress factors and eliminate them. Placing goals in order and facing what is needed to maintain a smooth working environment should be a coping mechanism as well.

My last job was a stresser, so I eliminated it. Not trying to be funny about the situation, but the job caused me to feel sick all the time. The management staff was always in confict with each other. No one really knew what they suppose to do other than it needed to be done right away. I quit the job over 4 years ago and now I am working for a company that is organized, and I love to come to work and do my job. Great professional atmosphere with room to grow.

Possibly, or you may have developed a comfort to your stressors. You may not even recognize that it is affecting you.

I agree- identify and eliminate or reduce!

I always have problem identifying the source of my stress. is it denial?

Some of our stress factors are a lack of leadership. Trying to make choices when we are being told one thing and shown another. I really feel the best way to cope is to find your stressors and try to stay away from those or learn to work around them. I also belive if we would worrymore about us and less about them it will be easier.
