i also keep tweeking my syllabus to help me mangage expectations for the course requirements. i often find a few students missing deadlines and in some of those cases i had to go back and make the expectation more clear in the syllabus.

I have a standard syllabus for every class I teach. I can however, change or "tweek" things to better fit the way I deliver the information. I've also found that this is a great tool to help me stay organized, on track and to better time manage which ever class I'm doing.
