My goal in the classroom is to establish an open learning environment,and to be a real person that likes, respects, and encourages others. But always keep in mind that you are there to lead so you must always maintain a professional atmosphere and a professional distance from your students.

Smile, greet, approachability, interact professionally and be enthusiastic will allow for a friendly einvironment. Keep busines strictly professional, the classroom is no place for personal conversations. Do not hang out with students outside of school hours.
