Preparation for class
New instructor must prepare and read material for class, or when you go to teach the studnets will eat you alive.

That's right! Students know when you are trying to fly by the pants of your seat. You can quickly ruin your reputation by being unprepared.

You are right! Students will have no mercy on you if they can tell you are not prepared and you are not knowledgeable of the subject matter.
