Common instructors mistakes
How can we prepare ourselves as instructors to avoid making the common mistakes such as poor classroom manegement
I prepare and prepare and just for extra measure prepare some more.I study the courses I teach and then study the subject deeper to help me with student questions that may arise and never take myself too seriously.

Preparation is key, and preparation does ease your nerves when situations arise.

By being prepared for the class one will be prepared mentally and phyicaly to encounter any mishaps that may arise.... Thus when something does happened the person will be able to attend to it in a less stressed out fashion thus minimize any mistakesn and gettintg frustrate.
By preparing for the class ahead of time. Also, clearly defining the course learning objectives and activities scheduled for the class session, and also the tone that one sets at the beginning of the class.
