Students Learning Style and Classroom Management
I would like to also state in my opinion, effective classroom management also entails understanding and feeding your students learning style. This aids in your classroom management as well. Providing instruction in a manner that is effective for your students allows the opportunity for good management as the students will be more open and willing to listen and follow your lead.
Do you think the two go hand and hand?
Richard, well stated. The days of the sage on the stage and the instructor being the center of attention are simply gone. Each group of students will be different and the approach to each day may bring unique challenges and this is the direction that have gone for several years and expect to continue.

We are the instructors we need to plug in to the students ways of learning and make the class interesting so they learn. they are the important part.
charles, according to Dr. Joe Pace of The Pacific Institute, the teacher will appear when the student is ready. I further translate this into the lesson will appear when the student is ready. The more we as instructors focus on the learning styles of our students, the more likely they will be ready to receive our lessons.
