management style
I find my management style differs depending on what classes I teach. Certain groups of students may need a totally different management (lets say a software class) style than someone in a more hands-on traditional class, such as drawing.
Donald, great approach and exactly what the "Best" instructors do on a regular basis. Each group of students and even certain assignments will require a different approach.

I believe this is true. With my two areas of teaching being management and computer technology, I have found that I must use varying styles for these as well as within them depending on the makeup of the class and type of material. Although I try to be a guide, sometimes it takes a variation to interact with a specific class.
