I liked the courses description of an instructor being a guide. The guide helps the student to accomplish the student’s goal by guiding the student through the learning process. To do this the guide has to develop good communications with the student to help the student maximize productivity and reach their potential. The instructor by being highly interactive aids his students develop the necessary skill to be successful.
I agree. You cant expect students to be on time and stay for the full class if we as the instructors dont.
