Workload is defined as the amount of work to be done in a specified period of time. Online workload can be tedious and requires the instructor to set aside time to focus soley on their online requirements.

I feel that I have pretty good time management however I did like the idea of turning off the email notification as I am one that will jump to emails as they pop up and this does get very distracting.
There are time-saving strategies that instructors can implement from the very start of their first online course. Then there are addtionally valuable time savers that can fall into place through repetition of teaching the same course and staying organized.
