Resource notebook
I do not understand with all the changes why a printed notebook makes sense.
We should have an online database that can be reviewed when needed.
If there is a change, 1 person makes it and all see the change the next time they access the document.

It is a personal preference. In reality, changes do not occur daily but usually at various times of the year. Many prefer a written document in which to make notes and cross references.
