I do not understand with all the changes why a printed notebook makes sense. We should have an online database that can be reviewed when needed. If there is a change, 1 person makes it and all see the change the next time they access the document.
Leads often ask if they qualify for financial aid will they start getting checks at home? It sounds like people use this so they dont have to work. We cannot answer financial aid questions but is this happening?
When speaking with a person that wants to become a student that has contacted or been contacted by a 3rd party company our school hired, what is the best way to answer their questions when they ask who they just spoke with and why they spoke with them instead of the school directly?
What is the best way to advise a student when they ask for course hours, days, placement rates, class sizes, etc. We currently say they will find this out when they come in for a free tour. It makes us look like we do not know anything about our own school.
I understand "accredited" but what are some examples or circumstances where "approved" would be used?
