Job placement, Towards the end of our course we send out hundreds of resumes for our students although we don't guarantee jobs, but by the time you graduate you maybe getting phone calls for interviews and we also teach you how to interview.

Some of the terms and definitions that are commonly used during the admissions process are:

Accreditation- such as national accreditation, regional accreditation. It means approval and recognition by the US Dept of Education.

Enrollment Agreement- where the student signs and agrees to the terms of enrollment and provides information of policies of the school.

Program- a group of courses that are completed and mastered to acquire skills, knowledge and a degree/diploma.

Patty,
I would definitely have to agree with you on this. I'm an new employee just starting this week and The Resource Book is very informative and I'm using it as a guide to get through my training.

Ronald,
Great addition to your notebook! The marketing materials are your connection to the student as that is most likely the first information they see.

Patty Aronoff

Susan,

Thank you for outlining your process. Does your proof of graduation or GED need to be submitted by a specific number of days, e.g. 30 days?

Patty Aronoff

I was given a Resource Notebook and after reviewing it, I feel it was very complete and very helpful and useful. The only information I'll include to the notebook that it didn't have will be all the marketing material used to advertise the school.

Our Admissions process is
Interview-
Applicant-complete application and entrance exam
Enrolled-passed exam and essay, paid enrollment fee
Being Processed-completed FAFSA
Show-Orientation, attended 1st class
Active-attended 2 weeks of class, POG/GED onfile

As long as they don't post attendance after it ends they can leave without any penalty to the student. We don't charge or draw down funds until after the provisional period ends.

Charles,
The initial admissions interview should include the question on how they came to our school. Advertising has just a few precious moments to plant that seed!

Patty Aronoff

Lawrence,

Whatever works for you is the best way to go! The important aspect is that you keep it relevant to your use.

Patty Aronoff

yenniz,

Continue to build the resource to increase your knowledge and the power it brings.

Patty Aronoff

ricardo,

Great news! The notebook is ready to serve yours needs and remain compliant!

Patty Aronoff

John,
You have an excellent beginning with the notebook and the value it holds. Clock hour programs are different but are the same in the fact there is a conversion formula from clock to credit hour.

Patty Aronoff

Miriam,

Excellent! Keep on learning as knowledge is power!

Patty Aronoff

Drew,

Attention to detail is also about compliance. It is those "little things" that make a huge difference.

Patty Aronoff

Carla,
Yes, the school may be sanctioned as well. The school is responsible for the actions of its employees.

Patty Aronoff

Max,
Continue to add additional resources to increase the value of your notebook. Try ad slicks and product knowledge information.

Patty Aronoff

Jose,

Yes, it is a sanction against the school and its operations.

Patty Aronoff

Krysta,
Excellent! The resource notebook works hard for you!

Patty Aronoff

Sandra,

There is a big difference! Agents operate outside the school and are authorized to conduct business.
