Obviously, I consult my Resource Notebook anytime something comes up of which I am unsure. I also try to spend a few minutes each day actively studying other pages to help me be prepared.
I save all of the applicable sites to a folder in my favorites and go online monthly to review.
Read, read, and more reading! haha! Once something comes up that I don't know or remember all the details about, I just go back to the resource handbook and read it from there.

I understand the rules change regularly that is why we as admissions representative must check at least monthly. I scheduled my calendar to check at the end of each month with another reminder for the second Friday of the month.

I am printing out most pages to keep in my notebook. It is so important to know all statutes, rules, and regulations, because they are what will keep your business going and in check. It is interesting because I am in the process of applying for my license from the state, so a lot of this content is familiar to me. I am really learning a lot from what is not familiar!!
I believe the same as the last answer. You have to constantly review the statutes and rules. We meet as a group and discuss together about any changes.
