I agree with all of the above. Enthusiasm, smiling, listening, etc. But also being as well prepared as possible for each meeting is crucial in determining how well we present ourselves to students. That may involve not only reviewing our own training from time to time, but also reviewing in detail whatever information is provided to us about each student from possible student profiles and previous notes from other representative about each student.
I think it's important to listen more to what the perspective student saying rather than talking over them in an attempt to get the information out.

I think speaking with enthusiasm is a key. And we also need to listen to the students with that same enthusiasm. Their questions are important and we need to make sure we address them properly.
